10 minutes of daily mindfulness can help change your outlook on improving your health.

The researchers recruited 1,247 adults from 91 countries, most of whom had no prior experience with mindfulness exercises. Participants were randomly assigned to either practice mindfulness exercises or listen to an audiobook for 10 minutes every day for a month. The mindfulness sessions, delivered via a free mobile app, included relaxation exercises, focused attention on breathing and self-reflection.
